Disney Princess soft dolls: A review

By | January 20, 2011

C is a bit of a tomboy and usually prefers tractors and building blocks to dolls. When I was asked if we would like to be sent some soft toys from the new Disney Princess range I thought it was worth a go to see what C made of them.

We happened to be in when the postman delivered them and C was excited before she even knew what was in the box as she repeated the word ‘presents’ over and over.  When I got them out of the box I was informed they were both ‘lady’ and she took them away for a cuddle.

We were sent Snow White and Cinderella, you can also get Belle, and they’re really nice.  I always liked soft bodied dolls when I was small and I’d be far more likely to buy these for C than regular dolls as I personally think they’re far nicer.

She has gone back to these every day since she’s had them and likes to sit them on her chair and make them drinks of tea with her teaset.  I might even have to buy her Belle so she’s got the complete set.

You can buy the Disney Princess soft dolls from www.woolworths.co.uk for £11.00 each.

I love soft-bodied dolls too and these look beautiful.

Soft-bodied dolls are really the doll equivalent of a teddy bear. So snuggly and soft. A lovely toy but also a great comfort item.

They are, aren’t they? So much nicer to cuddle than a regular, hard doll. C loves her teddies so it’s easy to see why she likes these too.
