Outdoor Adventures: The welly edition

By | May 20, 2011

C loves nothing more than being outside. In the last month alone she’s played outside in her nappy, spent time in the paddling pool, camped in pouring rain and discovered that a tree can make a great den.

But what do we think of when we think of outdoor adventures?  Wellies of course!

Wellies are good for the park, for walks and for jumping in puddles.

They’re fantastic in the snow, great for riding your bike and a necessity when wading through raging rivers (even if daddy is holding your hand).

But sometimes the greatest welly adventure can be on your own back garden, with just your wellies and a nappy.

Until your mum catches you.

Kids love wellies don’t they? My duaghter would wear hers all the time if I let her! The last pic is adorable.

Oh my goodness! So pleased I read this…aA little over 24hrs until we go camping and I have just realised I have no idea where the wellies are! (I knew it was productive of my checking my google reader when I should be packing!)
