This week, we’ll be having
- Red Thai beef curry with rice
- Sirloin steak with chips and onion rings
- Chicken cacciatore
- Bangers and mash with onion gravy
- Chicken pie with vegetables
If I can get the right ingredients, the pie will be replaced with Vietnamese grilled fish – a dish for the Fusion Taste team – but that all depends!
