Princes Breakfast Hamper Giveaway

A couple of weeks ago we were sent a fantastic breakfast hamper from Princes.

PICTURE TO FOLLOW SHORTLY. IT’S ON MY CAMERA AT HOME! UNTIL THEN, CHECK OUT CHRIS’ POST TO SEE WHAT I GOT.

The hamper contained a set of six bowls and six tumblers, table placemats, an alarm clock, a colouring book, a relaxing candle, money-off coupons and, of course, a range of Princes canned fruit – including grapefruit segments, peach slices, pear halves, fruit cocktail, pineapple chunks and mandarin segments – and Princes pure juices.

It’s not very often that I buy canned fruit, purely because I just don’t think about it. After being sent some, and seeing how much C enjoyed them, I’ll be buying them again though. First on my list are some more peach slices so I can make some of these yummy looking peach muffins.

Having canned fruit in the cupboards is great. C loves fruit but by the end of the week there’s usually not much left in the fruit bowl. Having the Princes cans meant I could still give her some fruit and they count towards her 5-a-day. Bonus! It’s also really quick and easy to prepare.

The Princes canned fruit and juice products are available from most major supermarkets.

I love Mango. I dont know what made me like it so much. But I remember being working my first ever security shift, and being 22hours into the shift when I said I had a craving for Mango (id never had it before). A nice lady who worked at the event (in charge) went to the local sainsburys and bought me a pot of Mango… Ive never looked back, love it

It has to be the wonderfully convenient Satsuma, conjours up thoughts of Christmas, it’s seedless and easy to peel. Love the fact that when peeled the smell is so tempting. Oh and it’s good at cleansing the palette.
