Is it just me or is January going so slowly? It’s busy at work so I’m trying to plan meals that the husband can do and then I can just warm up later in case I’m at work late but it’s hard to know what to choose.
We’re still trying to eat relatively healthy too so I’m choosing meals that either have vegetables in, or can have them as an accompaniment.
This weeks meals are:
- Cold weather hotpot
- Prawn chow mein
- Slow cooker sausages in onion gravy
- Pan fried chicken in mushroom sauce
- Slow cooker minted lamb casserole
