After a rubbish couple of weeks I’ve managed to sort a meal plan out this week! Monday is easy as we’ve already prepared a pie, it just needs cooking, and the rest of the week doesn’t really contain anything special, just fairly easy but still home cooked dishes.
- Meat & potato pie (homemade – prepared on Sunday)
- Prawn stir fry
- Roast chicken and vegetables
- Spaghetti Bolognese
- Homemade pizza and wedges
