Meal Planning Monday 05/03/12

After a rubbish couple of weeks I’ve managed to sort a meal plan out this week!  Monday is easy as we’ve already prepared a pie, it just needs cooking, and the rest of the week doesn’t really contain anything special, just fairly easy but still home cooked dishes.

  • Meat & potato pie (homemade – prepared on Sunday)
  • Prawn stir fry
  • Roast chicken and vegetables
  • Spaghetti Bolognese
  • Homemade pizza and wedges

Sounds lovely :) We make homemade pizzas all the time, so much better than shop bought!

Mmmm… it all sounds lovely, especially the prawn stir-fry. Haven’t had prawns for ages!!

That’s glorious list. This week we have a pizza week. Next week we have a gym week to lose all the weight we gain during the pizza week:P
