Another week has just flown by. This is fine by me as it means I’m another week closer to a week off work – 2 weeks to go!
There isn’t anything particularly special in this weeks meal plan, just regular, home-cooked food. I’m really enjoying proper meals at the moment – roasts and pies with loads of vegetables and gravy. It’s probably not the best type of food to eat but we do try and eat a lot of vegetables.
The gnocchi bolognese is a new recipe which sounds really nice but I’ll have to let you know. The rest are all ones I’ve cooked before and we enjoy.
- Roast chicken with rosemary potatoes
- Pork, ginger and black bean stir fry
- Gnocchi bolognese
- Beef & ale pie
- Home made vegetable pizzas
