It’s been a hectic week/weekend and I’ve not had chance to go shopping other than pick a few pieces up in my lunch hour today so this week’s meal plan isn’t great I’m afraid.
I’m on a course tonight so M and C are having to fend for themselves leaving me just 4 days to plan. I’m not trying anything new or exciting as I’m not sure how much time I’m going to have to prepare meals this week so we’re sticking with what we know.
- Sweet and sour pork with noodles
- Roast chicken with rosemary potatoes
- Healthy fish and chips
- Bacon, mushrooms and new potatoes
