Time to get back into blogging. I don’t know what’s been wrong with me lately but it’s the 11th of June already and this is only my second post this month.
As far as meals go this week, I’m afraid it’s still nothing special. We’re going camping at the weekend so only 4 evening meals to plan for then it’ll be a bbq on Friday evening if it’s fine, or a pub meal if it’s not! We’re still trying to eat vaguely healthily though which I think we accomplish this week.
This week’s meals will be:
- Red thai beef curry and rice
- Roasted vegetable pasta
- Healthy fish and chips
- Homemade pizza with salad
