After a couple of weeks of random meals caused by using up the contents of the fridge/freezer/cupboards, I did a big shop at the weekend and now I have a normal looking fridge once again and can get back to meal planning.
Only four meals to plan this week as, weather permitting, we’re off camping again on Friday so that will be either a barbecue or a pub meal.
This weeks meals will be:
- Chicken chasseur with new potatoes and green beans
- Greek lamb tray bake
- Beer fish
- Pizza and wedges with coleslaw
