The husband is doing a lot of hours at work at the moment so there’s not a lot of time to prepare meals at the beginning of the week when I’m at work too so I’ve tried to pick meals that are fairly quick and easy to do. A couple are new recipes that I hope we’ll enjoy, and the rest are old favourites.
This weeks meal plan is:
- Chicken chasseur
- Chinese style prawn noodles
- Beer fish
- Slow cooked lamb curry
- A selection of meat done on the barbecue
Not particularly inspiring I have to admit but better than no plan at all which happened last week.
